13 Secrets of Millionaire Minds
Posted by: | CommentsIn order to dive into the mind of a millionaire…it helps to know a few. I have made it a point over the last several years to surround myself with millionaires and study how they think and act. A very powerful book Secrets of the Millionaire Mind would be a good start for anyone seeking to get inside of the truth to the secrets.
T Harv Eker in this book points out that it’s not education, intelligence, skills, timing, work habit, contacts, luck, choice of jobs, businesses or even investments that make some people seem to get rich easily while others are destined for a life of financial struggle.
The shocking truth is that it’s your “money and success blueprint” that sits in your subconscious mind that determines our financial lives. Let’s take a peek at 13 Secrets of Millionaire Minds.
- Your income can grow only to the extent that you do.
- Money is a result, wealth is a result, health is a result, illness is a result…we live in a world of cause and effect.
- A Key Formula T-F-A=R this is Thoughts lead to feelings, feelings to actions and actions to results.
- When your subconscious mind must decide between deep rooted emotions and logic, emotions will almost always win out.
- If your sole purpose for acquiring money or success comes from a non-supportive root like fear, anger or the need to “prove” yourself, then the money you earn will never result in happiness.
- There is a way to reset your financial blueprint and it can be reset “permanently.
- Consciousness is viewing your thoughts and actions so that you can live from true choice in the present moment rather than being run by programming from your past.
- You can choose to think in ways that will support you in happiness and success instead of those that don’t.
- Millionaires believe “I create my life” and the poor believe that “Life happens to them”. Decide to release yourself from victimhood today.
- Complaining makes you a living, breathing “crap magnet”
- If your goal is to be comfortable, chances are slim you’ll get rich. But if your goal is to be rich, chances are elevated that you’ll become mighty comfortable.
- Rich people are committed to being rich. While the poor just want to be rich.
- The number one reason most people don’t get what they want is that they don’t know what they want.
This list could go well past 13 Secrets of Millionaire Minds…but I’m sure you’re rocking and rolling with it by now. If you haven’t read Secrets of The Millionaire Mind by T Harv Eker I’d recommend it in a heart beat. It’s all about you being able to master your inner game of wealth.
One of my good friends and mentors in business says that you will become a Millionaire in your Mind 12 months before it manifests in your life. Have an amazing day and I’ll look forward to connecting with you real soon.

Is the pressure of perfection robbing you of progress in life and business?

What is really keeping you from your power?
On your journey in life and business there will always be the ups and downs along the way…so why is it so many people expect things to be perfect? If you’re painting a future picture for yourself of what things will look like and how you will feel when you get to your goals and dream that “perfect day”, then you may be robbing yourself of progress.
To truly succeed in life and business and reach your goals much faster, it will take releasing of that “perfect day” picture and feeling! Why? It is not realistic. Do you really believe that someone, let’s say like Bill Gates, has arrived at his “perfect day” in life? No, there is nobody, including Bill Gates, who has had huge success in life and business that has arrived at their “perfect day”. What they have done instead is looked at it more from the “realistic perfect day” view… which comes with the challenges. They work consistently at being prepared by strengthening themselves as leaders to deal with the journey in a way that gives them the freedom to enjoy many “realistic perfect days”. These are days where they can achieve moments of happiness for where they are right NOW with the strength to get around the many obstacles put in their way!
In order to release your want for perfection, you can began by building your leadership skills and deciding you will become more by building muscles of flexibility! It is by building your flexibility to handle whatever may come on the journey that you can truly move out of perfection mode or really what is “procrastination” and into the mode of progress. This is what the journey is all about…making progress each day. Some days will not feel as good as others, but if you’re painting the right picture of reality for yourself, you’re able to build those muscles and get stronger with each and every obstacle that will come your way.
You and your business and life are truly masterpieces in progress! While you’re painting on your canvas of life, it’s important to let go of what the finished masterpiece will look like. If you’re constantly attempting to control the size of your brushes, the colors, and lighting each and every second of the day, you’ll become exhausted and won’t be able to flow within the moment. Let yourself be and enjoy where you are right now and continue to take steps each day towards your goals and you’ll see the masterpiece that is truly meant to be painted reveal itself a bit at a time.
Once you’ve let go of the pressure of perfection, you will feel good about yourself and others are more likely to buy from you. Giving yourself permission to be yourself puts you into a higher vibration energetically speaking and will deliver value to other people and they will feel good about being around you! They will be attracted to your energy!
I challenge you to go out today and decide to release your “need to be perfect” and begin to make true progress in life and in your business! Here is a good question to kick you into gear…What is keeping me from my power? Then get into action and remove the excuses that come with your honest answer to that question!

The Reality of The Total Price of Leadership!
Posted by: | Comments
Take a close look at the lives of great leaders. What you will find is that the first victory each of them won was the one over themselves. The total price of leadership boils down to Self-discipline. Putting your own self-control on top of the list will set you apart and allow you to take control of areas in your life that will bring you success or failure.
If you’re someone that struggles with self-discipline, your strong desires may try to seduce you away from reason. In order to succeed, you must be able to keep your desires under control. All great leaders understand that their number one priority was to tend to their own discipline and personal growth.
It’s quite simple, if you cannot lead yourself how can you lead others? Leaders will never be able to lead others farther then they have gone themselves. You cannot travel without until you first travel within. An amazing person will lead a great organization, but growth will only happen when the leader is willing to pay the total price for it. Many gifted leaders have cut themselves short of the pay line and found out that the shortcuts they’ve taken don’t pay in the long haul.
Take a look around and begin to see and feel the large amounts of poetntial left untapped in leaders all around you. This potential is left untapped due to inner issues, not outer issues. The biggest challenge is to learn How To Get Out of Your Own Way. Most people can relate to this. Look closely at your “Competition”, the enemy. The competition will rain on your plans, manipulate your moves to thrown you off and block you from the goals you have ahead of you. Just when you’re going for a huge goal, the “Competition” will sneek in and say “No Way”. You then decide to tackle the “Competition” and hold it down hard. You lift the helmet off to see your enemy square in the eyes and at last you see yourself staring back at you.
Only fools plan to conquer the world. It takes a wise person to conquer him or herself. Get out there now and conquer the biggest challenges inside of you. Don’t take silly excuses and beliefs as a way to escape the greatness that lies within you. Stand tall and decide you will become more now by being in control of yourself.
