Safety, something you should not look for…
Posted by: | CommentsInstead, look to the future for Joy – it’s a better option.
Let me explain…While on your journey, it is a good idea to remember that security “safety” and joy may not come in the same package. They can…but they also may not. Really, there is no guarantee.
As my journey has taken me on highs, lows, and back to highs again…I’ve realized that there are no guarantees. If you’re setting your sights on certainty or safety and you’re making it an all or nothing requirement in your life, you’re setting yourself up to be disappointed.
If your primary concern is a guarantee of security, you may never experience the truest joys of life. Most of all, you will miss the best moments living in the security zone. This is not a suggestion to go out and become reckless, but it is an invitation to at least start to become more daring. Fill your soul and your emotional gas tank with plenty of courage, character, and determination.
This will give you strength and agility to make it through anything that may come your way and it will keep you focused on powering forward. This kind of power will allow you to seize each day and live your dreams.
Move boldly and do the right things now that will fuel your future. You don’t have to ask anyone else what it takes to succeed - it’s right inside of your heart, so grab it and go. You have all that you require to make each day your best. To be the leader that others are looking for.
Get out of your head and into your heart so you can live with passion and more joy. If you’re waiting on the perfect day, a day with total security, you’ll be waiting a lifetime. Do you really want to arrive at your grave safely by tip toeing through your life?
That’s it for my post today, I challenge you to let go if you’re holding on to things that are keeping you from true joy, love, and happiness! Ask yourself this key question each day…How am I being? See what it does for you.

SEO Definitions…The Basics You Need To Know!
Posted by: | Comments
If you’re someone who already has SEO skills, this is most likely too basic for you. If you’re someone who is eager to learn the key definitions so that you can better manage your business from an SEO standpoint, then this will help to get you going in the right direction. Don’t feel like you have to become the SEO expert if that is not your passion. Just gain an understanding of it so that when you’re hiring out for SEO talent you can select the right assistant to get the job done well.
Let’s dig in…Here are the SEO definitions you need to know-
SEO: Search Engine Optimization
SE: Search Engine
On-Page Optimization: There are two main categories of SEO- “on-page SEO” and “off-page SEO.” On page includes changes and additions that are made directly to a webpage that you are trying to achieve better bankings for.
This would include the use of proper title tags, meta-tags, body text, site maps, and links with the proper anchor text.
Both are important and should be put into play for optimal rankings in the search engines.
Off-Page Optimization: Off-page SEO includes tasks that you can do to improve your rankings without anything being done to your page. This includes inbound links with proper anchor text and Goggle Page Rank.
Keywords/Keyword Phrases: Simply the words and phrases that are being searched for by web surfers that you would like to optimize your web pages for.
Organic Traffic: Free search engine traffic…unlike pay per click traffic which is purchased. Next time you’re searching on google, look at the top of the page and then on the far right. If there are advertisers, it will say “Sponsored links” - these are the sites that are paying…this is not “organic traffic”.
Incoming Links: These are links on other websites that point to your website.
Anchor Text: This is the practice of using actual keywords in your hyper-link as opposed to unrelated text.
For example, let’s say you’re trying to get indexed for the keyword phrase “XYZ Business” - you would want to make the XYZ Business an anchor text. This is a better way to get your keywords into the text instead of putting “click here” you want to use Anchor Text that is relevant.
Always keep in mind your purpose of why you want to be listed in the search engines in the first place. Your goal is to not just get SE traffic, it’s to convert your traffic into endless leads. This is what will set you apart in the crowd as an online marketer. There are many websites today that get tons of traffic, however, very few of them really know how to capture the traffic and market to it in order to profit.
It’s exciting to learn, do, and teach others what the ropes are with effective Internet Marketing Strategies. Keep taking steps each day and week, and before you know it you will have an Internet Lifestyle Empire of your very own.
