Meet the Irwin’s -

Hi, my name is Sharon Ann Irwin and my husband Dan and I live in beautiful Sacramento, CA.  We have two incredible toddlers, Kayla and Johnanthony. They keep us hopping around the clock!  We also have a couple little stray kitties that call our backyard and garden their home.  Eddie is the mommy and Marzen is the baby.  We love anything outdoors and look forward to raising our children here in our beautiful valley.  A few of our hobbies and interests are boating/water skiing, gardening, music/drumming, muscle cars (we love our Goat! For those non-car folks, that’s a GTO – ours is a 1968), cooking, wine-tasting, good micro-brews (Dan and I were married at Sudwerk, a brewery in Davis, CA – our favorite micro-brew is Sudwerk Marzen of course!) traveling, and hanging out with the ones we love.   I truly appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me today by visiting my site.

What led me to becoming my own boss -

I got started in my home business due to a strong desire and family need to exit corporate America.  When our daughter Kayla was born, it was a true blessing for Dan and me.   At ten days old we learned Kayla was in congestive heart failure and would need to have open heart surgery as soon as we could get her weight up to 10lbs.  During my leave from my corporate gig, I really had the time to re-evaluate my path.  After getting Kayla through open heart surgery, I was ready to find a way to replace my corporate identity.

Small bits of the journey -

Since I thrived my entire career working with people and my last position was in direct sales in the telecommunications industry, where I rose to the top over a 10 year span, I knew I wanted to still be in a direct people business and it was exciting for me to find a new way to replace the six-figures I had climbed to in the corporate world.  I should add that I was nervous as well about how I would find something that would compare.

My search began on the internet and within several weeks I had picked the company I would market for.  I loved the product and the pay plan was perfect!   I knew I’d be successful since I’d aced anything I had gone for in my life thus far.  My success at first was much slower than I had anticipated, then it began to build momentum.  I was really cooking when my son was born and I was on top of the world.  It was a big let down when I learned the company I was marketing for was in the midst of financial re-structure.

I was caught at that point without a plan B.  I immediately had the feeling of a big rock in my gut.  Several more blessings came to me while in transition.  I continued to gain momentum and learn things I had never considered.  Key partnerships were forming for me and the right mentors and leaders were in my circle.

Now things really get exciting – I started to learn new online and offline marketing strategies that are little-known in the network marketing and direct selling arenas that average folks are using to create full-time incomes like clock-work.  The little voice inside of my head that kept saying “there must be some secret I don’t yet know” was right.  Now I’m on my way to having my business work around the clock for me.
